<p>A chocolate specialist since 1948, Michel Cluizel is one of the rare chocolate producers in the world to work on cocoa broad beans.With his four children, he thus produces exceptional chocolates in the southern Normandy plant, where 200 people work. Today, more than 6000 taste professionals around the world, sell or use these chocolates, whether in pastry making or cuisine recipes .</p><p>A chocolate artist, Michel Cluizel attempts to discover remarkable plantations, invents chocolates with a history- comparable in taste to high class wines. Tying direct and durable relationships with famous growers, Michel Cluizel asserts himself as one of the very best cocoa experts and thus guarantees the best possible traceability. Finally, Michel Cluizel ensures quality in a unique manner, beyond biological chocolates or "pure cocoa butter", by guaranteeing all his black, milk and white chocolates.

<p>Since 1987, I am delighted to welcome you in my store, as in a gourmet palace. I decided to make this boutique a first-class one, in the tradition of grand chocolate, which my family represents. My grandparents were chocolate producers. For 55 years, my father Michel Cluizel has developped their know-how. He is one of the rare to follow his creations, from carefully selected plantations- all over the world- right to the final decorating touch. The quality guarantee is absolute, due to our " Noble ingredient " commitment. My brothers, my sister and I perpetuate this tradition in the family factory. Here, you will discover the chocolate fountain which makes children (and many adults...) dream, my father’s unforgettable creations, and a warm welcome.
