Fermented, dried and carefully roasted, sorted from their shelland germ, the selected beans from Java have been ground into small pieces.

These cocoa bean pieces have been blended with a dark chocolate containing 60% cocoa to bring out the authentic and slightly acid flavours of the cocoa bean pieces.
