The selected almonds and hazelnuts, whole, big fruit, large size nuts, have been cooked to the core in caramelized sugar inside large copper cauldrons heated by direct flame.

Then ground under granite millstones, this "old style" and "caramelized sugar" Praliné blends wonderfully with the bittersweet chocolate 60% cocoa.
